Non material amendment to planning permission 21/00770/VAR for stair and lift core reconfigured and communal circulation revised to comply with regulations and facilitate service risers on all floors, minor revisions to internal layouts to flats to allow for a store and airing cupboard to each flat and improved ensuite facilities on all floors, communal circulation revised to include second void and improve privacy to bedrooms to flats 10 and 11 on the second floor, eaves revised to show vertical fascia and to show consistent 400mm overhang, floor levels revised to concord with structural requirements and thermal insulation regulations whilst maintaining approved built envelope, windows moved vertically to reflect reposition of floor levels, false chimney and walls shown in true position, columns revised to suit revised internal loading and East and West elevation eaves corrected to suit those shown on North and South elevations and sections.

Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 17 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 17/02294/FULL for 6 apartments with triple garage, pergola and bin store with associated parking and amenity (amendment to application 16/03203) with amended plans.

Non material amendment to planning permission 17/01726/FULL to amend the description of development to read: 'Demolition of the Colonnade and redevelopment of land to the north of Chapel Arches to provide a mixed use scheme comprising 182 apartments, commercial space, retail and restaurant use (classes A1 and A3), the creation of basement car parking; the erection of a new footbridge over the York Stream and the replacement of the existing vehicular bridge to the existing car park: the creation of new pedestrian links, landscaping and alterations to waterways to create new public realm.'

Amendment to implemented planning approval 08/00966/FULL for 2 x 2 bed flats located in a separate two storey building.
