(1) Lawson Cypress - prune to give up to 1.5m clearance to the house at 9 Woodland Ride, this includes to the roof; prune to give up to 1m clearance to the garage at 11 Woodlands Ride, this includes to the roof. Crown lift to 2.5m. Remove dead branches and stubs to the height of the neighbouring gutter line back to the main stem. (011/2014/TPO)

T2 Red Oak - removal of partial branch. T3 and T5 Crab apple and Whitebeam - fell. T12 and T13 x2 Prunus trees fell. Bay - reshape bay outside gates. Lime - raise canopy to provide clearance to roof of gazebo/garden structure of 1m. Hedge cut side of tall conifer hedge alongside house, right hand boundary, section between garage and rear garden.

Weeping Ash: - prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house and crown lift to achieve up to 4m clearance over ground level (no primary branches to be removed); branches extending over Church Road to be pruned to give 5.3m clearance over the road. Common Yew: - prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house (The Firs) and crown lift to give up to 0.75m clearance to the neighbours garage roof.

(T1) Plane - Crown lift to a height of 5.5-6m over the driveway and tip reduce lower branches to north to provide a 2m clearance from cables. (T2) Norway Maple - Crown lift to a height of 5.5 over the driveway and tip reduce lower branches to west to provide a 3.5m clearance from side of the adjacent house. (T3) Sweet Chestnut - Remove ivy from stem to enable inspection of any decay. (T4) Hornbeam - Removed and replace. (T5) Sweet Chestnut - Remove ivy and dead wood and crown lift to a height of 5.5 -6m over ground level.(T6) Lime - Crown lift to a height of 5.5 -6m over ground level. (T9) Strawberry Tree - Tip reduce lower branches adjacent to garage and over driveway to provide a clearance of 0.5m from the building. T10 Hornbeam - Remove tree.

(T1) Leylandii - fell. (T2) Leylandii - Crown reduction by 2m. (T3) Leylandii - Crown reduction by 1m. (T4) Leylandii - Crown reduction by 3m. (T5) Leylandii - Crown reduction by 2m, all to a height level with the garage apex. (T6) Ash - Crown reduction side growths only by 3m where branches are in contact with the roof tiles, chimney, TV aerial and our house wall.

(T4) - Sycamore - cut back to suitable growth points canopy which extends over the roof such that the building line is cleared by approx. 2m, as in the photographs submitted with the application. (T13) - Turkey Oak - cut back to suitable pruning points branches extending over the house to provide approx. 2-3m clearance of the building line of house and raise canopy over garage / wooden shed structure to provide approx. 3m clearance of the roofs as shown in the photographs submitted with the application.
