Certificate of lawfulness to determine whether the single storey side/rear extension, 1no. rooflight to rear elevation and alterations to fenestration following demolition of existing shed and carport is lawful.

(T1) Catalpa - remove deadwood and raise low branches over road to approximately 5m and driveway 4m, targeting secondary points of pruning; (T2) Lime - thin crown by up to 10% foliage volume and raise low branches to approximately 3m above ground level, targeting secondary points of pruning; (T3) Magnolia - prune low branches to approximately 2m above ground level, selectively reduce side lateral branches targeting secondary points of pruning; (T4) Ash - remove moderate deadwood over garden and remove lowest branch over the wall and shed, back to source; (T5) Yew - hedge trim to previous template back to the boundary wall and (T6) Spruce - prune back branches that are growing through the phone lines.

Reduce side lateral spread by up to 0.5 metres on garage side of tree only, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 4.5m in this direction. T5 - Spruce - Reduction of approximately 0.5 metres of lateral spread back to suitable secondary growth points or back to source to provide clearance from shed and low roof of property, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 3.5m in this direction. Lifting up to approx. 2.5m from ground level. T9 - Atlas Cedar - Remove x 2 broken branches. Reduce laterally by approximately 3m as shown.
