Single storey extensions to the North East, South West and South East elevations, new second floor terrace to the North East elevation, x1 dormer to the South East elevation, x1 dormer to the North West elevation and alterations to fenestration, following demolition of the existing garage and shed.

T5 - Spruce - Reduction of approximately 0.5 metres of lateral spread back to suitable secondary growth points or back to source to provide clearance from shed and low roof of property, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 3.5m in this direction. Lifting up to approx. 2.5m from ground level. T9 - Atlas Cedar - Remove x 2 broken branches. Reduce laterally by approximately 3m as shown.
