(T4) - Sycamore - cut back to suitable growth points canopy which extends over the roof such that the building line is cleared by approx. 2m, as in the photographs submitted with the application. (T13) - Turkey Oak - cut back to suitable pruning points branches extending over the house to provide approx. 2-3m clearance of the building line of house and raise canopy over garage / wooden shed structure to provide approx. 3m clearance of the roofs as shown in the photographs submitted with the application.
