G1- Row of Hornbeam - Reduce height back to previous pruning points, T1- 1 x Hollow Apple Tree - Reduce height back to major growth points, G2- Mixed hedge on rear boundary (growing from neighbours) - Cut all overhang back to boundary fence line on client's side, T2- 1 x Walnut - Prune to give approximately 1.5m clearance to building

(G1) Conifer Hedge Row - reduce height to approx 2ft above fence height in order to re-establish as manageable hedge row (T1) Prunus Avium, Cherry Tree - reduce height in order to remove weight bias or heavily leaning tree and rebalance to reduce risk of tree/limbs failing (T2) Larch - remove deadwood only and (G2) Mixed Shrub Bed - fell to ground level mixed shrubs and stump grind in order to allow for re-planting with more appropriate species - 003/1971/TPO.

Various species - clearance of stems and branches of less than 100mm diameter at a height of 1.5m over ground level, within 1m of the proposed fence line is required in order to facilitate the installation of a deer fence - dead and fallen trees to be cleared from the route of the fence - 004/1951/TPO.

(G1) - Mixed trees and shrubs on rear boundary of car park - Fell. (T1) - Bay - Reduce height to approximately 1.5m from ground level, face trim hard. (T2) - Conifer - Fell. (T3) - Buddleia - Cut down to fence height.

Details required by condition 2 (materials), condition 3 (slab levels), condition 4 (CMP), condition 5 (Tree Protection), condition 7 (Landscaping), condition 8 (walls and fencing), condition 9 (external lighting) and condition 10 (biodiveristy) of planning permission 18/00123/FULL as varied under 20/01034/VAR for the construction of 2x detached dwellings with x1 integral garage and x1 detached garage including alterations to access.

(T1) - Prune to give up to a maximum of 1.5m clearance over the roof of the wooden outbuilding and over the rear boundary fence, no primary branches to be removed.
