T1 - Oak - Crown reduction by 2 - 3m back to secondary growth points, leaving a final height of 14m and spread of 12m. T2 - Oak - Reduce spread growing into the house to provide clearance of 2m (005/1960/TPO).

T1, T2, T3, Birch - remove dead branches and the inferior of any crossing/rubbing branches; prune to give up to 2m clearance from the house. T4 - Magnolia - lateral crown reduction of up to 1m and the removal of the inferior of any crossing/rubbing branches. T5 - Willow - Crown reduction by 2.7m leaving a final height of 10m height and a spread of 9m.

(G1) Lime trees - Crown lift to give up to 4m clearance above ground level across the garden of Laggan House. (G3) Lime trees - Pollard back to previous points. (021/2003/TPO)

T1- Hornbeam - Prune to give up to 2m clearance from the building line of the house, crown lift to 2.5m, prune to give 5.2m over the road, prune to give 30cm clearance to overhead telephone wires retaining branches with a basal branch diameter over 5cm, prune to give 30cm clearance to the lamp column and provide a clearance zone within a 45 degree angle from the lamp head down to the pavement/road, crown thin by up to 10%, concentrating on removing the inferior of any crossing/rubbing branches, dead branches and ones with weak attachment points. (T2) Beech - crown reduce radial crown spread on house side, to give minimum 2m clearance to house and leaving tree with natural crown shape. (024/1973/TPO).

T1 Oak - prune to give 3m clearance to the aerial on the roof of the house and to the house; prune to give up to 2m clearance to the roof of the neighbouring house. T2 Oak - remove dead branches. T3 Oak - branch lift to provide 5.3m clearance directly over the road, 2.5m clearance over the pavement and 1m clearance to the streetlamp and prune to clear within a 45 degree angle down from the lamp to the pavement/road, so light is not obstructed; remove ivy from the stem of the tree to enable a further inspection to be carried out. (T1) Robina - crown reduce by 2m, leaving a final height of 10m and spread of 4.5m. (T2) Sycamore - prune to give up to 2m clearance to the side elevation of the house. (T3) Sycamore - branch lift to give up to 4m clearance over the driveway. (T4) Sycamore - crown reduce by 2-3m, leaving a final height of 12m and spread of 5m, and prune to give up to 1m clearance to overhead telecommunication wires. (T5) Multi Stemmed Sycamore - prune to give up to 1m clearance to overhead telecommunication wires.

T1 Robinia - prune to give up to 2m clearance to the front elevation of the house (to the building line). T2 Robinia - crown lift to 3m and branch lift to give 4.5m clearance over the shared driveway. (007/2010/TPO).

T1 Cherry - fell. T2 Whitebeam - Tip reduce laterals to give 1.5m distance from property (house), leaving a spread of 3.5m, crown lift over path to 2m.

T1 - Oak - Prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house (including extension). Crown lift to achieve 3m clearance over the ground, not removing any primary branches. Prune the single branch back to the red line shown in photo. (002/1983/TPO).
