(T1) Dead Beech - prune Rose and Wisteria from the remaining crown area and lay onto the pergola and section fell the Beech to ground level (T2) Beech - remove the mechanical weight on the lowest limbs touching the work shop roof to crown lift, pruning wounds will not exceed 50mm in diameter, they will be target pruned and give a roof clearance of 1m when in leaf (T3) Beech - crown lift to an upswept form to rebalance and compensate for the pruning that was carried out over the neighbouring building, pruning wounds will not exceed 50mm in diameter and will be target pruned (Group 1) x3 Pines - remove deadwood and investigate the wood pecker hole for decay and (T4) Dead Hawthorn - fell to ground level in preparation for replanting.

(Site 1) - 2 x Hazel 1 x Acer 1 x Ash - Prune by 30 % back to fence line. (Site 2) - 2 x Willow, 2 x Hazel - Prune by 30% back to fence line. (Duplo Theatre) - (G1) - Group Conifers - Reduce height by 2m leaving a final height of 4m. (Site 3) - Sever ivy on fence. (The Little Shop) - (G2) 2 x Pin Oak 1 x Lime - Lift and cut branches off and back from roof to give up to 2m clearance. (Site 4) - Chestnut and Hazel - Reduce all trees back to fence line by 2m. Clear 1m of undergrowth from sub-station. (TPO 3 of 1963)

Variation (under Section 73A) of planning permission (19/03393/VAR) as approved under (17/01607/FULL) to vary conditions (1) (levels) for minor adjustment to proposed levels, (5) (utilities and drainage) for minor adjustments to external drainage layout, (6) (materials, gate piers and WC design) to cover for changes to finishes on Pug Yard, (7) (pedestrian ramp) confirmation of balustrade detailing, (9) (landscaping) new design around the retaining wall where the old shop building used to be, (11) (rainwater and drainage) minor amendments to external services, (12) (external lighting) amend wording of condition to omit 'prior to installation', (13) (tree protection) updated tree protection plan and arboricultural method statement submitted to cover changes to Lord Chamberlains Lower Yard retaining wall, (19) (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved with amended plans.
