Refurbishment and extension of the rackets courts building to provide a new clubroom, viewing gallery and extended changing facilities. Refurbishment of the jacks building to provide a fives clubroom and changing facilities. Refurbishment of fives courts, a new printmaking pavilion to house historic printing presses adjacent to Caxton Schools, following demolition of the existing buildings comprising the gymnasium, indoor swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool complex (Amended Plans).

Variation (under Section 19) of Conditions 2,3,4,5 and 6 to substitute those plans approved under 19/02930/LBC for the Consent for internal and external alterations to the stable block to include new and replacement roofs, single storey infill extension, demolition and formation of walls to the North Elevation, alterations to fenestration and new double garage following demolition of car port and removal of mobile home with amended plans.
