(T1) Sycamore - Reduce the area of the canopy overhanging the dwelling by approximately 2m. Reduce the large limb growing over neighbours property by approximately 2m. Reduce limb growing towards the public road by up to 3m. (T2) Sycamore - Crown lift to give 5.5m clearance over road and 5m clearance over the garden area. Prune to give 2m clearance around the streetlight. For T1 and T2 provide 1m clearance between the canopies of both trees. (024/1978/TPO)

T1 - Oak - remove deadwood and x3 selective pendulous branches over lawn area, reduce extended low lateral branches on northeast side of trunk up to 4m, reduce southern side of canopy in the direction of the dwelling by up to 2m, reduce remaining canopy by up to 4m in height and 2-3m in lateral spread (045/2007/TPO), T2 - Scots pine - fell (048/1997/TPO).

(T1) Silver Birch - removal of branch to source touching the dwelling. (TPO 16 of 1985).

(T1) Fir - fell to ground (T2) Turkey Oak - tip reduce the lower and mid crown to attain 3.5m clearance from the dwelling by reducing limbs in this area from 12m long to 9m long approx. and remove major dead wood.

T1 - Cedar - reduce the distal length of the canopy borne on the lowest and upswept first order side branch on the southern side at approximately 4 metres above ground level by a maximum of 2 metres by cutting back to sound growing points; carry out minor crown pruning as necessary in order to maintain an even and flowing crown profile by reducing the distal length of crown branches in the immediate vicinity of the reduced crown carried on the up swept branch by a maximum of 1 metre in order to maintain an even and flowing crown profile. Prune to create up to a 3m clearspace between the crown and the chimney stack of the nearby dwelling (TPO 5 of 1983)

(T1) Oak - crown reduction to leave a radial spread of 7m and clear adjacent garage by 3m retaining overhanging branches outside this distance and removal of the epicormic growth (T2) Hornbeam - crown reduction by a height of 6m to leave a height of 15m and spread of 6m and clear adjacent dwelling by 3m retaining overhanging branches outside this distance and removal of the epicormic growth (T3) Oak - fell; (T4) Oak - crown reduction to leave a radial spread of 7m and removal of the epicormic growth and (T5) Oak - crown reduction to leave a radial spread of 6m and removal of the epicormic growth (TPO 30 of 2002).
