(T1) 2 x Sycamores closest to the fence line - prune back to no closer than 1 metre from the fence line and crown lift up to 4 metres over the grounds at Carlyon House; sever Ivy, (T2) Prunus - remove only the stem that is rubbing on the fence and retain the rest of the tree. (T3) Prunus - remove only the stem overhanging the fence and retain the rest of the tree. (T4) Prunus - remove the stem which is rubbing on the fence and cut back the tall stem overhanging the garden to no closer than 1 metre from the fence line. (TPO 28 of 2004)
