T1Cupressus macrocarpa - crown reduction by 1 - 1.5m to a final height of 9.5m and spread to 6m. T2 Cupressus macrocarpa - prune back the lower and mid canopy, up to a height of 6m above ground level on the southern sector of the crown, by up to 1m. T3 Horse chestnut - prune to give up to 1.5m clearance over the shed and carefully sever ivy at the base of the tree. T4 Maple - branch lift to give up to 4m clearance directly over the neighbours driveway at 12 Illingworth. T5 Silver Birch - branch lift to give up to 4m clearance directly over the driveway. T6 Leyland cypress - fell. S1 - Portuguese Laurel (1 Brudenell) - Cut back to hedge line (005/1960/TPO).

T1 (Hornbeam) - prune to give up to 2m clearance over the shed, remove dead branches. T2 (Walnut) - prune to give up to 2m clearance over the shed, crown lift to attain up to 2.5m clearance over the ground, remove the inferior of any crossing/rubbing branches, remove broken and dead branches. T4 (Horse Chestnut) - crown lift to attain up to 2.5m clearance over the ground. (016/2007/TPO)

Rear Garden: T1 Horse Chestnut: Reduce overextended lower lateral limb overhanging the garden only by up to 50% to within natural crown profile. T2 Ash: Reduce x2 lower lateral branches overhanging the garden by up to 2.5m Boathouse Area: T1 Horse Chestnut: Tip reduce branches to give a 5m height clearance over the road, 1m clearance to the side of the shed, 2m height clearance over the shed roof and a 3m height clearance from ground level elsewhere. T1 - Conifer - fell, T2 - x2 Cherry - Crown reduction by 1.5m to leave a height of 4.5m and spread of 3.5m, T3 - Birch - fell, T4 - Prunus Pissardii - Crown reduction by half, to leave a height of 3m and spread of 2.5m, T5 - Conifers - trim back to attain 1 metre clearance from the roof of the shed, T6 - Portuguese Laurel, cut back the width by 2 metres to reduce overhang, T7 - x 2 Sycamore - cut back 3 lower limbs on each tree by 1.5 metres to reduce the overhang on the rear lawn. (T4) - Sycamore - cut back to suitable growth points canopy which extends over the roof such that the building line is cleared by approx. 2m, as in the photographs submitted with the application. (T13) - Turkey Oak - cut back to suitable pruning points branches extending over the house to provide approx. 2-3m clearance of the building line of house and raise canopy over garage / wooden shed structure to provide approx. 3m clearance of the roofs as shown in the photographs submitted with the application.
