(T1) Black Poplar - Re-pollard vertical and lateral branches back to higher (c. 2006) pruning points. Prune lateral growth from lower primary branches to acheive a radial crown spread of 5m. Remove deadwood exceeding 20mm in diameter. Reduce larger dead scaffold branches to points where the remaining branch is structurally stable. Raise the lower hanging growth to acheive 4m clearance from ground level. (TPO 47 of 1991).
