New front entrance, replacement staircase to first floor, internal alterations to layout, replace roof with a truss roof and plain clay tiles, replace windows with full height glazing, install timber shutters at ground floor, roof lights in rear elevation (The Storage Barn); Replace existing barn doors with metal double doors and side-lights, raise existing floor, insulate floor, ceiling and internal walls, install kitchen and shower/WC, internal alterations to layout (The Tack Barn); Removal of existing toilets and kitchenette and install new WC, increase size of window openings and install double doors with side-lights, roof repair and additional dentil course to eaves (The Offices); Install door within existing wall, x3 rear roof-lights, roof repairs (The Bond / Cottage Room).

Consent for alterations to an existing storage block to include a new roof, a new wall opening and construction of a new WC and storage block with covered link, following demolition of an existing office block.
