T1 - Silver Birch - prune back all overhanging branches to boundary line. T2 - Sycamore - cut back all overhanging branches to ensure good separation from clients building as per photographs.

T1 - Magnolia - Crown reduction by 1.5-2m, leaving a final height of 5m and spread of 6m, reduce overhanging branches on boundary by 1-2m.

(T1) Catalpa - remove deadwood and raise low branches over road to approximately 5m and driveway 4m, targeting secondary points of pruning; (T2) Lime - thin crown by up to 10% foliage volume and raise low branches to approximately 3m above ground level, targeting secondary points of pruning; (T3) Magnolia - prune low branches to approximately 2m above ground level, selectively reduce side lateral branches targeting secondary points of pruning; (T4) Ash - remove moderate deadwood over garden and remove lowest branch over the wall and shed, back to source; (T5) Yew - hedge trim to previous template back to the boundary wall and (T6) Spruce - prune back branches that are growing through the phone lines.

T1 - Holly - Crown reduction - reduce height by 2m to a final height of 4m and on neighbours side from 3m to 2m, G1- Conifer hedge - Top and face trim all sides, G2 - All shrubs along roadside boundary - Prune to contain and improve shape, G3 - Conifer hedge - Reduce height by approximately 1m, face trim all side.

Ash - prune branches overhanging Dene Hollow, back to the boundary line.

T1 - Prunus - Reduce overhanging foliage back to boundary fence line. Height remains unchanged, spread reduced from 4.5m - 3.5m.T2 - Yew - Cut back all overhanging foliage back to boundary fence line. Height remains unchanged, spread reduced from 4.5m - 3.5m. T3 - Conifer - Prune back all overhanging growth back to boundary. Height remains unchanged, spread reduced from 8.5m - 7.5m.

T1 - Fruit trees on neighbours (Court Lands) - Reduce branches to boundary fence. T2 - Maple - Crown thinning by 15%. T3 - Cypress - fell, T4 - Prunus - fell, T5 - Pine, Elm, Yew - fell. T6 - Conifer - lift branches overhanging outbuilding roof line allowing 1m clearance.

T1 Cypress - reduce back to property boundary (wall).

T1 - Holm Oak - Crown reduce by 1.5-2m, leaving a height of 9m and spread of 8m, reduce overhanging branches on boundary by 1-2m and remove deadwood. T2 - Bay Tree - Crown reduce leaving a height of 4m, spread of 1.5m from main stem and provide 0.5m clearance from property. T3 - Bay Tree - Crown reduce leaving a height of 4m, spread of 1.5m from main stem and provide 0.5m clearance from property. T4 - Yew Tree - Sever ivy, remove deadwood, crown clean and reduce by 1m leaving a height and spread of 6m.

G1 Irish yew on front boundary - prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and up to 20cm clearance to overhead wires; twin stemmed Sycamore in grounds of 8a Ray Park Avenue, prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house including chimney and up to 5m over driveway and up to 1.5m clearance to overhead wires; Oak, prune to provide up to 5m clearance over the driveway removing secondary and smaller branches only, to provide up to 2m clearance to the house and neighbouring surgery building, to provide up to 1.5m clearance to overhead wires and the removal of dead branches. In terms of pruning to give 1.5m clearance to overhead wires, this is only where the branches are growing towards the wires, where branches are growing away from the wires, so are not a potential conflict, they are to be retained. T2 Western red cedar - crown lift to 5m above ground level retaining primary branches with a basal branch diameter greater than 10cm. G3 - 7 x Cypress (Lapsed Hedging Screen) - Reduce height leaving a final height of 8m.
