T1, T2, T3, Birch - remove dead branches and the inferior of any crossing/rubbing branches; prune to give up to 2m clearance from the house. T4 - Magnolia - lateral crown reduction of up to 1m and the removal of the inferior of any crossing/rubbing branches. T5 - Willow - Crown reduction by 2.7m leaving a final height of 10m height and a spread of 9m.

(T1) Robina - crown reduce by 2m, leaving a final height of 10m and spread of 4.5m. (T2) Sycamore - prune to give up to 2m clearance to the side elevation of the house. (T3) Sycamore - branch lift to give up to 4m clearance over the driveway. (T4) Sycamore - crown reduce by 2-3m, leaving a final height of 12m and spread of 5m, and prune to give up to 1m clearance to overhead telecommunication wires. (T5) Multi Stemmed Sycamore - prune to give up to 1m clearance to overhead telecommunication wires.

T1 Cherry - fell. T2 Whitebeam - Tip reduce laterals to give 1.5m distance from property (house), leaving a spread of 3.5m, crown lift over path to 2m.

T1 - Cotoneaster Tree - Reduce the entire crown by approximately 1.5m and remove the stem growing closest to the house (as shown). Crown lift by 1m. Remove deadwood.

Row of Conifers - fell. Pussy Willow - to be cleared from house. Conifers (neighbour) left hand side (front garden) - prune away from guttering. x14 Conifers (neighbour) - fell.

G1 Irish yew on front boundary - prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and up to 20cm clearance to overhead wires; twin stemmed Sycamore in grounds of 8a Ray Park Avenue, prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house including chimney and up to 5m over driveway and up to 1.5m clearance to overhead wires; Oak, prune to provide up to 5m clearance over the driveway removing secondary and smaller branches only, to provide up to 2m clearance to the house and neighbouring surgery building, to provide up to 1.5m clearance to overhead wires and the removal of dead branches. In terms of pruning to give 1.5m clearance to overhead wires, this is only where the branches are growing towards the wires, where branches are growing away from the wires, so are not a potential conflict, they are to be retained. T2 Western red cedar - crown lift to 5m above ground level retaining primary branches with a basal branch diameter greater than 10cm. G3 - 7 x Cypress (Lapsed Hedging Screen) - Reduce height leaving a final height of 8m.

T1 - Beech Tree - Crown reduction to attain 5.2 clearance over the road and 2m clearance from the house, remove major dead wood and Crown thinning by 15%.

Standing in front of houses nos. 16 - 20, and facing towards the car parking area: Sycamore trees - tip reduce branches overhanging parking bays back to a point no closer to the trees than midway across the parking bays; Cypress trees - prune back to the kerb edge; Fastigiate Hornbeam - no works. Sycamore (opposite house no. 64) - no works

T2 Sycamore - fell. T3 Ash - tip back lowest laterals within 4.5m above the driveway by 1.5m and crown clean. T4 Birch - reduce height by 5m and tip back laterals to balance. T8 Cherry - reduce back to previous pruning points within 1.7m from the house.

(T1) Cherry - Tip reduce lateral branches on northern aspect of crown to boundary with 18-20 Kings Road, prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches. (T2) Magnolia - Prune to give 1m clearance to the house including veranda, crown lift up to 2.5m by removing secondary or smaller branches, remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches, shorten regrowth from previous reduction points by up to 1m. (T3) - Malus - Crown reduction by up to 2m, leaving a final height of 5m and spread of 3m. (T4) - Cherry - Reduce height by 0.5m, leaving a final height of 3.5m. (T5) - Hawthorn - Reduce height, leaving a final height of 3.5m. (T6) - Cherry - Reduce height, leaving a final height of 3.5m.
