(T1) Irish Yew - Fell to ground level. (T2) Apple - Prune back to party line. (H1) Yew - Trim overhang from neighbouring property. (T3) Damson - Prune back to party line. (T4) Tulip Tree - Remove moderate and major deadwood. (T5) Cypress (dead) - Fell and grind stump. (T6) Prunus purple plum (dead) - Fell to approximately 0.3m from ground level. (T7 & 8) Fallen cypress (dead) - Fell to ground level. (T9) Variegated Maple - Prune back from over the property roof by approximately 1.0-1.5m to achieve a clearance of approximately 2.0m. Selective reduction of branches growing beyond the crown profile over the roof of the property by up to 1.5m.

(T1) Cypress - Fell to the ground level and grind. (T2) Holly - Fell to ground level. (T3) Yew - Fell to the ground level and grind. (T6) Lime - Pollard to roof level or near to roof level.

Trees 06K3, 06K5, 06K6 - Acer campestre - Crown lifting to give up to 2m clearance above flat roof of Bekynton Flat 1, Tree - 06K4 - Acer campestre - fell.

T3 - Thuja - Remove. T4 - Thuja - Raise low branches to first major limb (approx. 6 meters) on garage side to clear the roof. Reduce side lateral spread by up to 0.5 metres on garage side of tree only, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 4.5m in this direction. T5 - Spruce - Reduction of approximately 0.5 metres of lateral spread back to suitable secondary growth points or back to source to provide clearance from shed and low roof of property, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 3.5m in this direction. Lifting up to approx. 2.5m from ground level. T9 - Atlas Cedar - Remove x 2 broken branches. Reduce laterally by approximately 3m as shown.

T1 - Fruit trees on neighbours (Court Lands) - Reduce branches to boundary fence. T2 - Maple - Crown thinning by 15%. T3 - Cypress - fell, T4 - Prunus - fell, T5 - Pine, Elm, Yew - fell. T6 - Conifer - lift branches overhanging outbuilding roof line allowing 1m clearance.

T1 - Cedar - Remove deadwood. T3 - Sycamore - Tip reduce the whole crown by approximately 1.5m, leaving 15m height, 8m spread and crown clean. T4 - Malus - Tip reduce the whole crown by approximately 1.5m, leaving 5m height, 4m spread and crown clean. T5 - Prunus - Remove deadwood, sever ivy and crown lift and reduce by 1m from roof. T8 - Sumac -Crown lift by approximately 1m to give clearance of 1m from building.

(T4) Yew - branch lift to give up to 3.5m clearance over areas of existing hardstanding, prune to give 0.5m clearance to the external metal staircase and 2.5m directly over the staircase. (T5) Lime - crown lift to achieve up to 2.5m clearance over ground level; branch lift to give up to 3.5m clearance over hardstanding (this will provide clearance to the roof over the western slipway); crown reduce to previous reduction points.

T1 Ash: Crown reduce by up to 2m. Crown lift to give a 4m height clearance from ground level and tip reduce branches to ensure a 1m clearance to the adjacent buildings and a 2m height clearance over adjacent roof tops.

T2 Red Oak - removal of partial branch. T3 and T5 Crab apple and Whitebeam - fell. T12 and T13 x2 Prunus trees fell. Bay - reshape bay outside gates. Lime - raise canopy to provide clearance to roof of gazebo/garden structure of 1m. Hedge cut side of tall conifer hedge alongside house, right hand boundary, section between garage and rear garden.

Coastal Redwood - Remove hanging branches, reduce height by up to 2 m and lateral branches by up to 1 m. Crown lift to give 2 m clearance from roof of garage.
