(T1) Magnolia - crown reduction to a height no lower than the base of the first floor bedroom window and shape as per submitted photo with red line drawn to show the extent of reduction, removal of the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches, prune to give up to 5.3m clearance over Sun Lane. (T2) Yew - Prune up the face of the yew on its northern sector to give up to 3m clearance over the garden, pruning the tree no closer than 1.8m from the stem.
