Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 2 to substitute those plans approved under 22/01526/FULL for the new front porch canopy and pillars, part garage conversion, part single part two storey, part first floor side extension, single storey rear extension, raising of the eaves and ridge height, 2no. front dormers, 1no. side dormer, 2no. rear dormers and alterations to the external finish and alterations to fenestration with amended plans.

Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 3 to substitute those plans approved under 22/01381/FULL for the single storey front extension with entrance canopy, single storey side/rear extension with accommodation in the roof space, raising of the ridge, hip to gable loft conversion with x1 front dormer and x1 first floor side window, following demolition of the existing conservatory and detached garage with amended plans.

Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 7 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 22/01660/FULL for the Two storey side/rear extension with 1no. front dormer, alterations to fenestration and detached garage following the demolition of the existing single storey side element and garage.

Variation (under Section 73) of conditions 2 (materials) and 3 (approved plans) to change the approved materials and to substitute those plans approved under 21/01045/FULL for first floor side extension, alterations to fenestration and to external finishes on the ground and first floor and alterations to the existing garage comprising of a new pitched roof, x2 first floor windows, x8 rooflights, x1 dormer and x1 external staircase.
