Request for Scoping Opinion pursuant to Regulation 15 of The Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 for the demolition and retention of the existing buildings on site together with new build, in order to provide for a mix of retail, commercial and residential land uses including; retail floorspace (A1), professional services (A2), food and beverage (A3, A4 and A5), office / business (B1), private, retirement and affordable residential (C2 and C3), and D Class uses (D1 / D2). The Proposed Development will reach a maximum height of 25 storeys with the other proposed buildings heights varying between 1 and 16 storeys. The anticipated maximum number of residential units is 850 across a range of sizes and tenures.

Modification of Planning Obligation to amend the wording of Schedule 3, Part 3, Paragraph 1.1 of the S106 agreement relating to planning permission 21/03696/VAR (Variation) (under Section 73) of condition 20 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 20/02976/FULL for the redevelopment of the former Thames Hospice to provide a retirement housing development of 41 dwellings comprising three x 2-storey terraced houses, two x 2-storey semi-detached houses, one x 2 storey apartment building, two 2.5-storey apartment blocks and one 3-storey apartment block with associated parking, landscaping and refuse store following demolition of the existing building.

Variation (under Section 73) of condition 20 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 20/02976/FULL for the redevelopment of the former Thames Hospice to provide a retirement housing development of 41 dwellings comprising three x 2-storey terraced houses, two x 2-storey semi-detached houses, one x 2 storey apartment building, two 2.5-storey apartment blocks and one 3-storey apartment block with associated parking, landscaping and refuse store following demolition of the existing building.
