Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 3 to substitute those plans approved under 22/01381/FULL for the single storey front extension with entrance canopy, single storey side/rear extension with accommodation in the roof space, raising of the ridge, hip to gable loft conversion with x1 front dormer and x1 first floor side window, following demolition of the existing conservatory and detached garage with amended plans.

Variation (under Section 73) of conditions 2 (matching materials) and 3 (approved plans) to change the type and colour of the windows, replacement and proposed windows, from timber white as approved to high performance windows alu-clad triple glazed in cement grey colour RAL 7033 by Norrsken and to replace the existing bay window with a patio door in the ground floor bedroom and add a column to support the roof overhang. Substitute those plans approved under planning permission 20/00914/FULL for single storey rear extensions with accommodation in the roof space, new front and rear raised patios with front entrance canopy, replacement of the existing roof incorporating hip to gable alterations with x6 dormers and x5 rooflights and alterations to fenestration, including relocation of the front entrance door, following demolition of the existing conservatory.

Variation (under Section 73A) of conditions 4 (arboricultural method statement) and 5 (hard landscaping) as approved under 19/02293/FULL (allowed on appeal) for Garage conversion, side extension with front and rear dormers, first floor side extension, single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration, following demolition of the existing rear conservatory.
