Reserved matters (appearance) pursuant to outline planning permission 22/01840/VAR for a variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 13 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 19/01661/OUT for outline application for access, landscaping, layout and scale to be considered at this stage with all other matters to be reserved for the demolition of buildings 1, 2 and 3 and the erection of three class B1 (office) buildings, new decked car park and hub building, the reconfiguration of the car parking and internal road layout and associated works with amended plans.
