Erection of a new free-standing awning with retractable roof, new paving to extended existing patio area, bollard lighting, a new feature lantern above main entrance and installation of boundary fencing

T1 - Fruit trees on neighbours (Court Lands) - Reduce branches to boundary fence. T2 - Maple - Crown thinning by 15%. T3 - Cypress - fell, T4 - Prunus - fell, T5 - Pine, Elm, Yew - fell. T6 - Conifer - lift branches overhanging outbuilding roof line allowing 1m clearance.

Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 2 (Schedule of Materials); Condition 3 (Details of Windows and Doors) and Condition 9 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 20/02872/FULL for the proposed external alterations to the existing building including a roof extension to the rear, replacement windows, alterations to rooflights, extension to wall with proposed slatted timber fences and alterations to existing front planter to create private gardens in association with the change of use of the building into 8 No.flats with amended plans.

Installation of plant machinery to first floor roof level consisting of 3 no.floor mounted AC units, CO2 gas cooler, wall mounted satellite and a 2m fence.

Main school building: Installation of new external canopy and timber fencing to provide covered external play area. Nursery school building: Six number new sun tubes to existing pitch tiled and flat roof. Footpath linkage between buildings.

(T23) Ash - remove fractured limb over plastic roof area; (T24 ,T25, T26) Sycamore and (T27) Horse Chestnut - prune back lower growth to fence line to a height of 4m from ground level, by the removal of up to 2m in branch length. (061/1997/TPO).
