T3 - Thuja - Remove. T4 - Thuja - Raise low branches to first major limb (approx. 6 meters) on garage side to clear the roof. Reduce side lateral spread by up to 0.5 metres on garage side of tree only, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 4.5m in this direction. T5 - Spruce - Reduction of approximately 0.5 metres of lateral spread back to suitable secondary growth points or back to source to provide clearance from shed and low roof of property, leaving finished lateral spread at approx. 3.5m in this direction. Lifting up to approx. 2.5m from ground level. T9 - Atlas Cedar - Remove x 2 broken branches. Reduce laterally by approximately 3m as shown.

Details required by Conditions 4 (wall plate), 5 (roof intersection) and 7 (roof light) of Listed Building Consent 22/02014/LBC for repair and remedial works to existing roof valley, insertion of conservation rooflight, removal of existing paint finish to west, east and south elevations, brickwork repairs and repointing prior to repainting plus removal of east parapet and reinstatement of roof verge, reduction of external ground levels to house perimeter and installation of French drain, demolition of canopy, shed and existing single garage.

T1 - Conifer - reduce to roof height of neighbour's shed from 10m to 5m, T2 - Yew - crown reduction by 2m all over from 10m height to 8m and a width of 7m to 5m.

Rear Garden: T1 Horse Chestnut: Reduce overextended lower lateral limb overhanging the garden only by up to 50% to within natural crown profile. T2 Ash: Reduce x2 lower lateral branches overhanging the garden by up to 2.5m Boathouse Area: T1 Horse Chestnut: Tip reduce branches to give a 5m height clearance over the road, 1m clearance to the side of the shed, 2m height clearance over the shed roof and a 3m height clearance from ground level elsewhere. T2 Lime: Crown reduce by up to 4m. (TPO 3 of 1971).

T1 - Conifer - fell, T2 - x2 Cherry - Crown reduction by 1.5m to leave a height of 4.5m and spread of 3.5m, T3 - Birch - fell, T4 - Prunus Pissardii - Crown reduction by half, to leave a height of 3m and spread of 2.5m, T5 - Conifers - trim back to attain 1 metre clearance from the roof of the shed, T6 - Portuguese Laurel, cut back the width by 2 metres to reduce overhang, T7 - x 2 Sycamore - cut back 3 lower limbs on each tree by 1.5 metres to reduce the overhang on the rear lawn.
