Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 11 (Approved plans) to substitute the plans approved under 21/03485/FULL for a replacement dwelling, with amended plans.

An outline application for the development of up to 135 homes, including a minimum 50% affordable homes, with associated landscaping, parking, open space, play areas, etc.; the construction of a new vehicular access on to Grove End serving the proposed new dwellings; configuration of the existing vehicular access serving the Windlesham Golf Club; and all other associated development works (Access only detailed matter with all other matters reserved).

Variation (under Section 73a) of Condition 2 (Materials), 3 (Slab levels), 14 (Landscaping) and 15 (Approved plans) to substitute the plans approved under 19/00225/FULL for construction of 1no. dwelling with Annex flat, widening of existing driveway, relocation of pedestrian and vehicular access and demolition of the existing dwelling, gatehouse and outbuildings, with amended plans, including a revised layout and design of the approved dwelling.

Demolition and redevelopment of Dedworth Clinic, to provide a minimum of two and up to a maximum of 3no. residential dwellings (use class C3).

Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 13 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 21/02702/FULL for a replacement dwelling following demolition of existing elements and x1 new vehicular access with amended plans.

Discharge of paragraph 1.6.2 and pursuant to paragraph 3.4 of Part 1 of the Third Schedule that no Affordable Housing Contribution is required in accordance with Formula 1 and no Affordable Housing Dwellings are required to be provided in accordance with Formula 2 and clause 5.3 WVL Lease of the Section 106 Agreement in regards to planning permission 19/01657.

Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 19 to substitute a plan approved under 20/03278/FULL for the construction of two semi-detached dwellings with integral garages and associated amenity space, landscaping and car parking, following demolition of the existing dwelling with an amended plan.

Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 17 to substitute those plans approved under 15/01965/FULL for the construction of 2 no. dwellings and detached garage following demolition of outbuilding with amended plans.

Removal of existing annexe building and single-storey extensions and erection of two storey rear extension to the Hermitage building to provide 4 flats, alongside the provision of an additional room within the roofspace of the northern wing with 3 side dormers and 3 side rooflights, and the erection of 1 detached dwellinghouse on the eastern side of the site.

Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 12 to substitute those plans approved under 22/02879/FULL for the replacement dwelling and enlargement of existing vehicular access following demolition of the remains of the existing dwelling, in accordance with the submitted plans with amended plans.
