Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition (4) to substitute those plans approved under (23/00347/VAR) as approved under (04/41928/FULL) for (construction of two storey side extension with front and rear dormers and further two dormers to front and one to rear of existing roof and new porch canopy amendment to approved planning permission 03/41093) with amended plans.

Construction of a four storey north (side) extension and a three storey west and north (rear and side) extension with basement following demolition of existing two storey west (rear) and single storey (north) extension.

Details required by Condition 12 (External lighting) of planning permission 19/03393/VAR for a Variation (under Section 73) of planning permission (17/01607) to vary the wording of Condition (7) (Details to be submitted) to read that the works for the construction of the new extension and buildings within Lord Chamberlains Lower Yard, and for the construction of the new learning centre and works within Pug Yard, shall be in accordance with the details submitted and that the development should be carried out in accordance with these approved details and maintained as such.
