New front entrance with balcony above, removal of existing front bay window, single story rear extension, addition of a first floor with raising of the eves and ridge, new roof, loft conversion with 1no. new rear dormer, 3no. new rear Juliet balconies, raised decking, new steps and alterations to the existing steps, external finish and fenestration, new dropped kerb following removal of existing dropped kerb with new sliding access gate and new flood voids.

Garage conversion, new front entrance canopy with balcony above, replacement of front steps, removal of ground floor front bay window, single storey rear extension, replacement of steps to side elevation, new rear raised patio, raising of the eaves and ridge to extend existing first floor level and create new roof space with rear dormer, x3 Juliet balconies, alterations to roof and fenestration and relocation of existing dropped kerb.

Conversion of the internal swimming pool to an annexe ancillary to the main dwelling with a new pitched roof, x 4 rooflights, x1 new door to front elevation and alterations to fenestration.

Garage conversion with 2no. rooflights, single storey rear extension with steps to garden and wildflower green roof, enlargement of existing rear dormer, 2no. rooflights, detached double garage with pergola linking to the main house and relocation of the existing front access.

Certificate of lawfulness to determine whether the proposed garage conversion and replacement conservatory roof with 2no. roof lanterns is lawful.

Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 5 (Approved Plans) to substitute those plans approved under 21/02680/FULL for the relocation of existing front entrance door to include x1 new canopy, two storey rear extension, single storey link extension to side elevation, two storey side extension, alteration to roof of and of front dormers, garage conversion into habitable accommodation, removal of chimney, entrance gate and alterations to fenestration on ground and first floor following demolition of existing elements (part retrospective) with amended plans.

Certificate of lawfulness to determine whether the proposed conversion of the existing garage roof space with x3 rooflights to the North elevation is lawful.
