Leylandii Trees/Hedge - heavily reduce entire length of leylandii hedge back to stumps/boundary line. Works are to cut all overhanging greenery on Manor House face of the hedge (not to remove the trees completely)

(T1) Sycamore - fell (T2) Oak - reduce lateral growth South (towards house) by 2-3m to secondary growth - tapering the reductions into the top and sides, leaving retained branch lengths of 5-7m and remove the lowest x2 limbs East and West, both laying across the top of the Laurel Hedge (T3) Oak - clear epicormic growth from the main stem.
