Details required by Conditions 9 (ecological enhancement) and 11 (landscaping) of planning permission 21/00410/FULL for a change of use of hotel to 9 No. flats, first floor side and rear extension with accommodation in roof space, infill extension, loft conversion with 1 No. rear dormer, 17 No. rooflights and associated works with parking and landscaping.

Certificate of lawfulness to determine whether the proposed second floor front extension with hip to gable, 3 No. front rooflights and rear dormer to facilitate habitable accommodation in roof space is lawful.

Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 3 to substitute those plans approved under 22/01381/FULL for the single storey front extension with entrance canopy, single storey side/rear extension with accommodation in the roof space, raising of the ridge, hip to gable loft conversion with x1 front dormer and x1 first floor side window, following demolition of the existing conservatory and detached garage with amended plans.

New front entrance canopy, single storey front/side extensions, x1 additional dormer to the South West elevation, enlargement of the accommodation in the roof space and alterations to fenestration to include relocation of the front entrance door.

Erection of porch, single storey side and erection of conservatory following the demolition of existing conservatory and garage, raising of the side eaves and ridge to provide accommodation within the roof space, alterations to roof, x1 front dormer, balcony and rooflights following demolition of existing elements.
