T1 - Holm Oak - Crown reduce by 1.5-2m, leaving a height of 9m and spread of 8m, reduce overhanging branches on boundary by 1-2m and remove deadwood. T2 - Bay Tree - Crown reduce leaving a height of 4m, spread of 1.5m from main stem and provide 0.5m clearance from property. T3 - Bay Tree - Crown reduce leaving a height of 4m, spread of 1.5m from main stem and provide 0.5m clearance from property. T4 - Yew Tree - Sever ivy, remove deadwood, crown clean and reduce by 1m leaving a height and spread of 6m.

In terms of pruning to give 1.5m clearance to overhead wires, this is only where the branches are growing towards the wires, where branches are growing away from the wires, so are not a potential conflict, they are to be retained. T2 Western red cedar - crown lift to 5m above ground level retaining primary branches with a basal branch diameter greater than 10cm. G3 - 7 x Cypress (Lapsed Hedging Screen) - Reduce height leaving a final height of 8m.

(T1) Lime; (T2) Ash; (T3 to T9) Pines; (T10) Holly; (T11 and T12) Pines; (T13) Holly; (T14 to T16) Pines; (T17) Holly and (T18) Hazel - Crown lift to 2.5m above ground level over the boundary fence-line (020/2020/TPO).

Removal of dead/dying elm within 2 metres of the front boundary ditch. Branch lift trees to give up to 3 metres clearance directly over the front boundary ditch. Removal of the mature willow, previously partially uprooted and leaning over the access, leaving a 1 metre high stump. Removal of trees within 3.8 metres from the western boundary, but leaving 1 metre high stumps for those trees growing on the raised bank - most of these trees are dying elms. Branch lift trees to achieve up to 3 metres clearance over the neighbouring parcel of land immediately to the east. (054/2003/TPO).

(CS) - Sweet Chestnut - Reduce spread by 2-2.5m overhanging 3 Cherington Way. (Group of 4x Holly, 4x Sycamore, 1x Sweet Chestnut) - Cut back to the boundary of 3 Cherington Way, by reducing lateral branches by 1.5-2 metres and the radial spread will be reduced from 2-3 metres to 1 metre, up to a height of 6m above ground level. Oak - prune to achieve up to 5m clearance over the garden at Coltmans, but not within 1m from the boundary where branches are to remain intact

(T1) - Apple - crown lift to 3m within the main property boundary, prune secondary growth only. (T2) - Flowering Quince - reduce height to 1.8m. (T3) - Silver Birch - crown lift to 3.5m, removing secondary growth where possible. (T4) - Beech - crown lift to 3m over garden/driveway and to 4.5m over road by removing secondary growth only. (T5) - Lime - crown lift to 5m by removing secondary growth. (T6) - Oak - Crown lift to 5m removing secondary growth and removing deadwood. (G1) - crown lift trees within the boundary of The Gables to 5.5m and re-coppice 2no. Hazel.

(T1) Cherry - Tip reduce lateral branches on northern aspect of crown to boundary with 18-20 Kings Road, prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches. (T2) Magnolia - Prune to give 1m clearance to the house including veranda, crown lift up to 2.5m by removing secondary or smaller branches, remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches, shorten regrowth from previous reduction points by up to 1m. (T3) - Malus - Crown reduction by up to 2m, leaving a final height of 5m and spread of 3m. (T4) - Cherry - Reduce height by 0.5m, leaving a final height of 3.5m. (T5) - Hawthorn - Reduce height, leaving a final height of 3.5m. (T6) - Cherry - Reduce height, leaving a final height of 3.5m.

(012B) - Apple - crown reduce height by up to 3m leaving a height of 4m, cut back the crown to the boundary of number 22 High Street.
