T2 - 1 x Pine - tip reduce lateral branches to give up to 2.5m clearance to the house. G3 - 3 x Douglas Fir - remove major deadwood (019/2006/TPO).

Standing in front of houses nos. 16 - 20, and facing towards the car parking area: Sycamore trees - tip reduce branches overhanging parking bays back to a point no closer to the trees than midway across the parking bays; Cypress trees - prune back to the kerb edge; Fastigiate Hornbeam - no works. Sycamore (opposite house no. 64) - no works

T2 Sycamore - fell. T3 Ash - tip back lowest laterals within 4.5m above the driveway by 1.5m and crown clean. T4 Birch - reduce height by 5m and tip back laterals to balance. T8 Cherry - reduce back to previous pruning points within 1.7m from the house.

G1 x 5 Oak trees - crown lift to 5.2 m above ground level over Burleigh Road, to make highway compliant. Lift three of the trees immediately adjacent to the property to 6.5m to give 2.5m clearance from the roof line of the house (016/2018/TPO)

(T1) Cherry - Tip reduce lateral branches on northern aspect of crown to boundary with 18-20 Kings Road, prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches. (T2) Magnolia - Prune to give 1m clearance to the house including veranda, crown lift up to 2.5m by removing secondary or smaller branches, remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches, shorten regrowth from previous reduction points by up to 1m. (T3) - Malus - Crown reduction by up to 2m, leaving a final height of 5m and spread of 3m. (T4) - Cherry - Reduce height by 0.5m, leaving a final height of 3.5m. (T5) - Hawthorn - Reduce height, leaving a final height of 3.5m. (T6) - Cherry - Reduce height, leaving a final height of 3.5m.

(T2) Conifer - Reduce 1 x vertical stem by 2.5m overhanging neighbours garden to rebalance the crown. This is the vertical stem arising from the large primary branch at approximately 5m above ground level. (T3) Tilia cordata - Lateral reduction back to previous pruning points to give up to 1.5m clearance to the neighbouring street lamp and up to 2m clearance to the house. (T4) Acer pseudoplatanus - Reduce by up to 2m to give up to 2m clearance to the house. (T5) Aesculus hippocastanum - Reduce by up to 2m to give up to 1.5m clearance to the neighbouring street lamp.

Alder tree - prune to achieve up to 1m clearance to the side of the house and up to 1.5m over the roof. (015/1979/TPO)

Details required by condition 2 (sample panel of the new facing brickwork) and 4 (Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan) of planning permission 19/03602/FULL for demolition of existing Coach House and erection of a new replacement dwelling house.
