Variation (under Section 73A) of condition 2 (materials as specified) as approved under 19/03590/FULL for part single, part two storey rear extension, single storey front porch extension, hip to gable, rear dormer, 3 No. front rooflights and 1 No. side window to facilitate a loft conversion, 1 No. new first floor side window and alterations to fenestration (retrospective).
