Variation (under Section 73A) of conditions 4 (arboricultural method statement) and 5 (hard landscaping) as approved under 19/02293/FULL (allowed on appeal) for Garage conversion, side extension with front and rear dormers, first floor side extension, single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration, following demolition of the existing rear conservatory.

Variation (under Section 73A) of condition 6 (landscaping) and condition 8 (approved plans) to include landscaping details and substitute those plans approved under 17/01984/FULL for detached garage/workshop and reconstruction of front brick wall following demolition of existing garage/workshop.
