Reserved Matters application pursuant to Outline planning permission ref: PLAN/2020/0801 dated 22/12/2020 to seek approval of details relating to the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale of the development comprising redevelopment of the site to provide extra care retirement units (Class C2) and communal amenity floorspace, flexible retail, food and drink (Class E), drinking establishment (Sui Generis) and hot food takeaway (Sui Generis), community floorspace (Class F.1/Class F.2) and car parking spaces, together with the provision of basement space, cycle parking, highway works, public realm improvements and other associated works. Application also seeks approval of details pursuant to conditions 04 (statement of compliance), 06 (surface water drainage), 11 (sustainability assessment), 12 (energy and water consumption), 14a (noise) and 35 (biodiversity enhancements) of PLAN/2020/0801 dated 22/12/2020.

Discharge of conditions 4 (landscaping), 6 (contamination) and 20 (refuse storage) of PLAN/2015/1064 dated 03.08.2016 for redevelopment of former Woodbank Care Home to provide a total of 51 retirement living with care units (use class C2) in a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms (50% 2 bedrooms) together with residents facilities and associated vehicle/pedestrian access, parking and landscaping)

Discharge of condition 21 (external lighting) of PLAN/2018/1141 dated 03.06.2019 for Section 73 application to vary condition 2 of PLAN/2015/1064 dated 03.08.2016 for Redevelopment of former Woodbank Care Home to provide a total of 51 retirement living with care units (Use Class C2) in a mix of 1 and 2 bedrooms (50% 2 bedrooms) together with residents facilities and associated vehicle/pedestrian access, parking and landscaping to allow insertion of 18No. balconies at first floor, 18No. balconies at second floor and1No Juliet balcony at first floor and various internal and external alterations to the building
