Section 73 application to vary condition 02 (approved plans) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2016/0788 dated 05.04.2017 (Replacement of windows & doors, re-cladding of single storey extension, first floor terrace, external play area and other minor alterations) to enable the external play area to extend into part of the buffer zone to the south-western boundary (rear) of the site with new acoustic fence and additional planting as mitigation.

Formal consultation for the full and partial demolition of existing buildings within the Brooklands College campus, development of existing education facilities including external refurbishment and alterations of retained buildings, new and reconfigured entrances and the construction of a new three storey College building, and provision of a new sports hall and linked entrance building. Change of use of Brooklands House and the existing College Gatehouse to residential use and external works to both buildings, and the provision of residential units including provision of affordable housing, an extensive landscaping scheme including the provision of a SANG, car and cycle parking, new substations and plant, new boundary treatments and other associated works.

Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: PLAN/2020/0820 dated 23.11.2020 (Erection of 2No side and 1No front dormers and a two storey rear extension) for (i) alterations to the arrangement of the front boundary wall, (ii) change to the front section of the side boundary treatment, (iii) omission of window in the flank wall of the extension, (iv) amendment of the rooflight on the southern dormer and (v) alteration to the fenestration and addition of cladding to the rear elevation.
