Approval under Regulation 75 of the Conservation (Natural Habitats etc) Regulations 2017 for application ref: PLAN/2019/1156 for Prior Approval for a Proposed Change of Use of a building from Office Use (Class B1(a)) to a Dwellinghouse (Class C3) to create 22No apartments.
