Approved Drawings; Block Plan, Proposed Site Layout, Proposed Plans, Proposed Front and Rear Elevations and Proposed Side Elevations (Drawing Nos. B.01, P.01, P.05, P.06 and P.07 ); to be replaced with drawings B.101, P.101, P.102, P.103 and P.104. All other drawings and reports to remain.

Section 73 application for variation of conditions 02 (approved plans) and 03 (external finishes) of planning permission ref: PLAN/2021/1159 dated 19.01.2022 (Erection of first floor extension with pitched roof forms, series of ground floor side extensions, erection of replacement car port with a pitched roof and to serve garage) to change the external finishes of some walls from the permitted brick to a plain/render finish and with areas of hanging tiles, to change the garage roof from the permitted partial flat and pitch roof to a full pitch roof and to make changes to fenestration.
