Application to vary condition 4 of planning consent 200253 for the Householder application for the proposed erection of a single storey side extension with 1no. roof light and partial conversion of garage to form habitable accommodation. Condition 4 refers to drainage and the variation is allow the surface water from the proposed development discharge into an existing Thames water surface water drain.
