Arbor Lane Garage Arbor Lane Winnersh Wokingham RG41 5JA

APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO PROTECTED TREE(S) TPO REFERENCE: 929/1998 T1 - Oak See report. This planning application, number 211373 is for the pollarding of T1 Oak tree location on the boundary of Arbor Lane garage and Arbor Lane. From the report T1 is in poor condition and noted as Unsuitable for retention. Due to its location on the boundary, we wish to pollard the tree rather than remove to prevent damage to the road and footpath. T1's branches are oversized and extend over the neighbour's gardens, whom also wish for this tree to be cut right back too. Thinning the tree would not resolve their concerns. We feel that the best option for tree T1 that is unsuitable for retention is to be pollarded.
