Application to vary conditions 2, 3, and 10 of planning consent 203439 for the removal of 12 no. existing mobile homes and the erection of 11 no. two storey pre-fabricated temporary accommodation units consisting of one self-contained two-bedroom housing unit per floor (plots 39-48) and 1 no. single storey mobile house (plot 36). Condition 2 refers to approved details and the variation is to allow the addition of steps to external staircases for plots 45, 46 and 47. Condition 3 refers to external materials and the variation is to allow the changes to the cladding for plot 36. Condition 10 refers to landscaping and the variation is to allow the replacement of an existing tree and other associated changes in landscaping. Additionally, the variation is to allow a phased development.
