Cuts will be graded into the surrounding canopy to leave a natural looking canopy shape and will not exceed 100mm diameter. Crown clean canopy over garden of 60 Barkham Ride only removing any dead, dangerous or dysfunctional branches to reduce the amount of debris falling onto the property. Remove 7x small dead / declining low stub cut branches which have been lopped back by the developer, back to source.

WORKS TO A TPO TREE - TPO REFERENCE 278/1985 T13 T13 � Oak - A drop-crotch canopy reduction of branch tips by 1-1.5m selectively reducing and thinning the branch tips to create a smaller but natural looking canopy outline. In accordance with BS:3998, pruning cuts will not exceed 100mm. This work is intended to reduce the weight and width of the very broad canopy over the residential property and garden. Remove 1 small pendulous, forked branch hanging low over the conservatory. Crown clean removing dead or diseased wood from the tree's canopy.

Works to a TPO tree. TPO REFERENCE NO: 1456/2012 A3, 1458/2012 W1 Facilitation clearance works to provide construction access to the proposed NMRE road project, including three areas of work/tree removal outside original planning boundary:- A) Tree/vegetation removals to allow for creation of construction access bellmouth (indicative construction diagram attached). Tree/vegetation removal from T52 southwards to T45, with tree T52 and T45 themselves retained. APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO PROTECTED TREE(S) TPO 730/1995, T18 and T19 T18, Oak - Crown lift to give 5m clearance over public highway and 4m over residential driveways to nearest suitable reduction points, removing smaller, secondary branches back to source. 2m drop-crotch reduction of the north west and south side of the tree. Selectively prune to reduce the over-extended sections of the canopy by a maximum of 1.5 metres in branch length to bring back in line with the remaining canopy, through the removal of secondary and tertiary growth only ensuring all branches are taken back to a suitable growth point. Crown clean removing any dead, diseased or dysfunctional branches back to suitable reduction point. T19, Oak - Remove secondary branches and epicormic growth back to trunk to a height of 4m above ground level to give reasonable clearance over the garden of 25 Carolina Place. Selective reduction of branch tips on southeast side of canopy by 1.5m where necessary to reduce overhang over garage of 25 Carolina Place, grading the canopy into the reduced canopy of T18 (Oak). In all cases pruning cuts will not exceed 75mm.
