Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 191299 for the Full Application for planning permission for the conversion of western part of 229 Hyde End Road from B1(a) office to C3 residential use, incorporating a single storey side extension and two-storey rear extension to create one 2-bed flat and two 1-bed flats, together with parking, cycle storage and amenity space provision. Condition 2 refers to approved detailsand the variation is to shorten the length of one single storey extension (approx 750mm) due to finding a Thames Water drainage chamber that cannot be moved.
