Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 210826 dated 12/08/2021 for proposed erection of 1no. detached dwelling with associated garaging, following demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings. Condition 2 relates to the approved plans and the variation is to increase the ground floor area, amend fenestration and internal layout, remove a chimney, alter an external staircase, reduce the size of a dormer and increase timber cladding.

Application for non-material amendment to planning consent(193206) 1.To allow change of roof design from double pitch to mono pitch to facilitate a larger surface area for PV solar panel array; 2. Minor variation to car park layout cutting into bank in SW corner to provide 4 Nr additional spaces in main car park area, these additional spaces will allow 4 less spaces required in other parking area so same total spaces as per original permission; 3. Minor fenestration changes to elevations.

Application to vary condition 5 of planning consent 223678 for the proposed demolition of the existing pavilion and the erection of a new sports pavilion and associated teaching facilities, including classrooms situated on the School's existing sports fields. Condition 5 refers to Sustainable Design and Construction and the variation is to amend the required BREEAM rating from �excellent� to �very good�.

Application for removal or variation of a condition following grant of planning permission(183160).Full application for the proposed erection of 2no dwellings following demolition of existing dwelling consent(23/01/2019). To vary condition 2,3 to amend the design of the dwellings to improve their contribution to the conservation area and condition 10 to provide a drainage strategy.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 213207 for the proposed erection of a first floor over existing dwelling with 1 no. flat roof dormer to the side elevation, 3 no. roof lights and 2 no. Juliet balconies, erection of a part single part two storey side extension with 2 no. roof lights following demolition of existing garage, erection of a new wall and gate to front drive to replace existing timber fence, plus changes to fenestration.
