Application for a certificate of existing lawful development for the installation of a ground source heat pump system to provide heating and hot water to the Renaissance Retirement development. The installation comprises of 18 boreholes located within the site. This serves the 1 X 75kw and 1 X 90kw ground source heat pumps which are located in the plant room on the ground floor.
