Condition No4 refers to No further additions or extensions to the dwelling shall be built without prior permission of the District planning Authority. Furthermore no additional windows or other openings shall be constructed in the elevations of the dwelling as extanded by the permission without prior permission of the District planning Authority.The variation is to remove condition 4.
