APPLICATION FOR WORKS TO PROTECTED TREE(S) TPO 1185/2007, GROUP 1 T1, Oak - Remove (cut back to the trunk) the 3 lowest branches which are overhanging our boundary fence. T2, Oak - Remove all branches which overhang our boundary fence to be removed back to the boundary line. In most cases this means removing the branch back to the trunk of the tree as the trunk sits right against our boundary fence. We are requesting that all overhanging branches are removed back to the boundary fence for the full height of the tree which includes branches growing from the trunk up to the top of the tree crown.
