Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 211498 for the proposed single storey front extension, single storey rear extension, two storey rear extension to dwelling, erection of 2no. front dormer extensions and changes to fenestration. Condition 2 refers to the approved documents and the variation is to allow an enlargement of the rear extension by 1 metre and changes to fenestration.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 203337 for the proposed conversion of existing dwelling into two semi-detached dwellings, plus single storey front extensions to dwellings, conversion of existing loft to create habitable accommodation, with dormer extension to the rear elevation, changes to fenestration and erection of bin/bike stores. Condition 2 refers to the approved documents and the variation is to allow the relocation of approved dormers and rooflights, and the addition of a side door and a window to the front elevation of each unit.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent F/2012/2469 (121790) for the Proposed demolition of existing detached dwelling and erection of a replacement dwelling with integral garage. Condition 2 refers to the approved documents and the variation is to allow alterations to the dormer windows on the south elevation, removal of external staircase and change from timber balustrade to painted metal, alteration to ridge heights and changes to fenestration and basement floor layout.
