Four structural elements are proposed to be demolished. These comprise of the two storey flat roof office addition constructed directly adjacent to the South East side of Beckminster House set around a paved courtyard with two link corridors to the original house. The second building comprises of a single story pitched roof Training Room building attached to the North West gable of Beckminster House, whilst the fourth and fifth structures comprise of individual single storey Stores located to the rear of the House. Whilst there will remain a further detached Training Room building within the rear grounds to the House it is intended that this shall form temporary accommodation for the chosen contractor during the course of the build works on site.

Proposed conversion of existing detached 'Coach House' into three-bedroom habitable accommodation. With new front access with canopy roof, front and side window alterations and removal of garage door, with new external rendered insulation.

Proposed hip to gable roof extension, with box dormer to provide habitable loft accommodation and new side facing first floor window.

Change of use from a retail shop with residential accommodation to a single dwelling house. Alterations to the appearance of the front elevation, single storey rear extension, two storey side extension and a roof conversion with a dormer and Velux windows.
