Condition 3 (a - f): Site investigation and ground contamination studies. Condition 4: Drawing to illustrate proposed ground levels and grading of land around the site. Condition 5: Drainage design. Condition 6: All external materials to be used on the proposed buildings to be submitted and agreed with the local authority. Condition 7: All external hard surfaces to be used within the site's external works to be submitted and agreed with the local authority. Condition 8: Details of boundary treatments to be submitted and agreed with the local authority. Condition 9: Details of the proposed bin stores to be submitted and agreed with the local authority. Condition 10: A Construction method statement is to be completed, submitted an agreed with the local authority. Condition 11: Details of traffic safety bollards to be submitted and agreed wit he local authority. Condition 12: The Tree protection measures set out in the tree report are to be undertaken and signed off by the Local Authority.
