Demolition of two storey offices. Extensions and roof enlargements to the existing complex of industrial/commercial building, including partially replacing and raising the heights of existing roofs (re-submission of expired 2016 planning permission).

Demolition of existing timber modular building and erection of new brick built building, including a covered outdoor area from an overhanging roof, to be used as Before/After School Club and School Community Room (as it is currently).
